A Case of h eningioma of Posterior Cranial Fossa, Diagnosed with Meniere¢¥s Disease



Abstract
Meniere¢¥s disease is a membranous labyrinth disease, characterized by episodic spell of vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, and tinntus.
The differential diagnosis must be made from other cochlear and retrococi tear lesion, and especially intracranial lesion, associated with otologic symptoms
We experienced a case of meningioma occupying posterior cranial fossa, diagnosed at first as Meniere¢¥s disease, and treated by surgical removal in 42-year-old female patient.
